Operation Turbofan Proofer / Holding Cabinets have been designed to provide simple operation. This Proofer / Holding Cabinet is intended for use in a commercial kitchen and must only be put to the use for which it was intended, i.e. - Page 11 Operation Ensure that power to the Proofer / Holding Cabinet is switched ‘On’ Ensure that power to the Proofer / Holding Cabinet is switched and the mains water supply is turned ‘On’. ‘On’.
