3. Plug the remaining end of the cradle Interconnection Cable
into the modular jack labeled Host on the back of the second
serial cradle.
4. Repeat the steps for any additional 4-slot serial cradles to be
connected.
Note:
Interconnecting cradles only works with the
CRD 2x00-4000S and CRD1700-4000S 4-Slot Serial
Cradles. It does not work with the single-slot cradle.

Terminal Battery Charging

1. Ensure the cradle is connected to a power source. See
Power and Ethernet Connections on page 5.
2. Insert the terminal into the cradle. The terminal starts to
charge automatically.
All of the CRD2700-4200E's four slots can be used to
simultaneously recharge the batteries on four terminals. To charge
the battery, insert the terminal(s) in the slot(s) and the battery
begins to recharge. Recharge time is approximately 2 hours to 2
1/2 hours. After charging, remove the terminal from the cradle and
power it on. The battery charge indicator should appear to be full.
