2-way
Gives you full two-way synchronization between your Google Calendar
(and DROID Calendar) and your Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
1-way: Google to Outlook
Syncs only from your Google Calendar (DROID Calendar) into your
Outlook Calendar.
1-way: Outlook to Google
Syncs only from your Outlook Calendar to your Google Calendar
(DROID Calendar).
5. You can then adjust the sync frequency. The default is the shortest duration of 10
minutes; however, you can make it longer interval if you desire.
6. When you are done, click Save to start the calendar sync from Outlook to Google.
7. Remember to follow the steps shown in Chapter 3 to get your DROID Calendar to
sync wirelessly with your Google Calendar.
Now all appointments from your Google calendar should flow into both your Outlook
Calendar and your DROID Calendar app. Pretty soon, all three calendars should be
identical.

look for a link in the upper right corner of the page that says "Google Calendar Sync
Troubleshooting."
CHAPTER 4: Other Sync Methods
Resolution
Make sure Outlook is running on your
computer.
Make sure you have an Internet connection
from your computer.
Make sure your account is setup correctly on
your DROID.
Make sure your computer is powered on,
Outlook is running and it has an internet
connection.
