Function
The tank must be

Full of water before each cooking.
•
Emptied after each cooking
In case of too hard water, it's better to
use a noncalcareous water.
The use of demineralized water is
disadvised.
The electrovalve supplies
generator in water
This switch allows to modify the cycle
when the door is open.
The generator transforms water into
steam. It is made to receive back the
condensations at the time of cooking.
2 security thermostats (KX1 and KX2),
located underneath, protect
overheating (T°C: 210°C).
During all cooking, the electric blanket is
supplied in order to avoid any risk of
condensation. It covers the top of the
cavity. Its temperature is close to 100°C.
It is protected by a thermal fuse.
