When a skewed document is detected
Feeding automatically stops when a skewed document is detected
during scanning. The following error is displayed on the operation
panel.
Also, a message screen is displayed to notify you that a skewed
document has been detected.
Hint
If [Rapid recovery system] is enabled in the [Others] tab of the
scanner driver settings screen, the following screen appears instead
of the above message screen. In such cases, reload the document
and click [Yes] to continue scanning.

Paper feed error detection

This scanner includes a function that can detect paper feed errors.
When this function is used, the scanner will stop a scanning
operation automatically when a feed error occurs, thereby preventing
damage to the document.
The feed error detection function is useful for documents that are 148
mm (5.83") or larger in width.
To use the feed error detection function, open the scanner driver
settings screen and enable the paper feed error detection function
beforehand.
Setting procedure

Opens the scanner driver's Detail Settings screen.
