Error 109: Input current fault
Comfort Control = Err 109
User Interface = No Alert Displayed
Air Cleaner Fault LED = YEL-2 & 3 ON, 4 OFF
Problem Description
• Input current too High
Possible Causes/Solutions
• Clean collection cells and field charger
• Check for arcing through the field charger and
collection cells

Error 113: Liquid pressure sensor fault

Comfort Control = Err 113
User Interface = No Alert Displayed
Outdoor Fault LED = 12 Flash
Problem Description
• Liquid pressure sensor fault
Possible Causes/Solutions
• Liquid Pressure Sensor shorted or open
- 0vDC = Shorted
• Liquid Pressure Sensor out of range
- Compare DC volt value of sensor to chart in
literature
• No output voltage from control board
- With sensor disconnected, 5vDC should be
measured on control board

Error 114: PM bad or missing

Comfort Control = Err 114
User Interface = PM MEM ERR
Air Handler Fault LED = 2 Flash
or
Furnace Fault LED = No Fault Reported
Problem Description
• Corrupted primary and secondary copy of the indoor
Personality Module (PM) data files
- This error will not allow system operation
Possible Causes/Solutions
• Replace PM
- PM could be corrupted due to power surge or
damaged due to faulty field wiring
Error 114: PM bad or missing
Comfort Control = Err 114
User Interface = PM MISSING
Air Handler Fault LED = 2 Flash
or
Furnace Fault LED = No Fault Reported
Problem Description
• Indoor unit Personality Module (PM) missing or not
properly seated
- System will continue to operate with this error but a
fault will be displayed on comfort control
Possible Causes/Solutions
• Indoor PM is not connected or connected but not
seated
- Disconnect power, reconnect PM, then reapply power
to unit; if error does not clear replace PM
