Use this stjtch to join two pieces of fabric to create
an open work appearance and add design interest.
Fold under each fabric edge 1/Z (1.3 cm) and press.
Pin the two edges to paper or tear-away backing 1/8"
(0.3 cm) apad. Sew slowly, guiding the fabric so the
needle catches the folded edge on each side.
