16.5.35 Outdoor Defrost Temperature Sensor Abnormality (F43)
Malfunction Decision Conditions:
During startup and operation of heating, the temperatures detected by the outdoor defrost temperature sensor
are used to determine sensor error.
Malfunction Caused:
1 Faulty connector connection.
2 Faulty sensor.
3 Faulty outdoor unit PCB (main).
Abnormality Judgment:
Continue for 5 seconds.

Check the CN-TH2 connector connnection:
- Turn OFF the power.
- Check the connector connection.
Is the CN-TH2 connector
connection normal?
Check the outdoor defrost temperature sensor:
- Plug out connector from the outdoor unit PCB (main).
- Measure the resistance of the outdoor defrost
temperature sensor.
Is the measured resistance of the
outdoor defrost temperature sensor
matches the value specified in its
characteristic chart?

For safety reason and to prevent component breakdown,
always switch off the power before remove and connect the component.
