6. Tightness Checking without the Test Device

•
Set-up of the test system
•
Build up a pressure of app. 200 hPa
with the bellow
•
Write down start pressure
•
Leave it over night
•
Write down the final pressure the next day
•
Starting from a pressure of 200 hPa the final pressure may not be under 100 hPa
Note:
In case of leakage an under water test should be made in order to locate the leakage.
The complete assembling (without instrument) is kept under water and according to the
bubbles the leakage can be recognised.
