Before adjusting the Video Board set the Volume
Controls as follows:
VR1 (SYOUT)...............................Mechanical Center
VR2 (NEGWAJ)............................Mechanical Center
VR3 (CG)...........................................Fully Clockwise
VR6 (HSWAJ) ..............................Mechanical Center
VR7 (LLMT)..................................Mechanical Center
VR9 (NEGOF) ..............................Mechanical Center
VR10 (YG)....................................Mechanical Center
(2) Clamp Width Adjustment
Test Point:
TP1 (YIN)
TP4 (CLP)
Adjust:
VR4 (CLPWAJ)

Disconnect the Connector of the Camera Unit from CN1
on the Video Board.

Supply 100% Colour Bar signal from S-Video signal
output of the Video Signal Generator to the Test Points
TP1 (YIN) and TP7 (CIN) on the Video Board using an
Extension Cable.

Select the Video Imager mode by the Input Selector.

Connect CH1 of the Oscilloscope to TP1 and CH2 to TP4.

Trigger the Oscilloscope at TP1.

Adjust VR4 so that the falling edge of the Clamp Pulse
from the falling edge of the Luminance signal becomes 1.8
± 0.2 µs as shown in Fig. 4-1.

Connect CH1 of the Oscilloscope to TP1 and CH2 to TP5.

Trigger the Oscilloscope at TP1.

Adjust VR6 so that the falling edge of the HSW signal from
the falling edge of the Luminance signal becomes 11 ± 0.3
µs as shown in Fig. 4-2.

Connect CH1 of the Oscilloscope to TP1 and CH2 to TP6.

Trigger the Oscilloscope at TP1.

Adjust VR2 so that the falling edge of the Luminance
signal from the falling edge of the NEGW signal becomes
2.0 ± 0.3 µs as shown in Fig. 4-3.

Trigger the Oscilloscope at TP1.

Set the Oscilloscope to AC mode.

Select the Negative mode by the Nega Button.

Adjust VR7 so that the Negative Pedestal level becomes
coincidence with the pedestal level as shown in Fig. 4-4.
