Remove three hexagon nuts and washers that secure the
Back Light Cover and remove the Back Light Cover and
Back Light (Fluorescent Lamp).
Inverter Board
Remove three hexagon nuts.

Mount the new Fluorescent Lamp.

Mount the Back Light Cover.

Insert three washers, and tighten three hexagon nuts to
secure the Back Light.

Insert two Spacers then insert the Inverter Board.

Insert two washers, and tighten two hexagon nuts to
secure the Inverter Board.
Arm Light

Referring to Fig. 6-2, turn the Fluorescent Lamp quarter
and remove the Fluorescent Lamp.
Note : Use specified Fluorescent Lamps.

Referring to Fig. 6-3, remove three screws that secure the
Arm Light Cover and pull-out the Arm Light Cover while
pressing the top of the Arm Light Cover.
Disconnect one connector.
Remove two
hexagon nuts.

LCD Monitor Ass'y

Referring to Fig. 6-4, remove four screws that secure the
LCD Rear Cover and remove the LCD Rear Cover.

Referring to Fig. 6-5, de-solder both ends of the Back
Light and two Thermal Fuses, then remove two Thermal
Fuses and the Back Light through the Reflector.

Thermal Fuse

Insert new Back Light through the Reflector and two
Thermal Fuses and then solder both ends and Thermal
Fuse.
2. LCD Monitor Ass'y

Referring to Fig. 6-6, remove one screw that secure the
LCD Monitor Mounting Bracket and remove the LCD
Monitor Mounting Bracket.
