The speaker removal is simple. Use the spudger

to pry up the speaker so it comes out of the case.
The front-facing camera is attached to the

motherboard by its connector. Use the
spudger to remove the connection.
The rear-facing camera is also attached by its

connector. Gently pry on the connection with the
spudger to remove it.
