Pressure Cooking Lid
The stainless steel lid included is necessary for most cooking processes, and is
essential for pressure cooking. Always ensure to only use the Duo Crisp pressure
cooking lid with the Duo Crisp cooker base.
When plugged in, the cooker plays a jingle when the lid is opened and closed.
Open and Remove the Lid
Grip the lid handle and turn it counter-clockwise to align the

Overview of Pressure Control Features
The pressure cooking lid automatically seals for easy pressure cooking, but does
not lock into place when closed. The lid can be removed during Pre-heating but
locks into place once the cooker has pressurized
