This personnel must be informed of any particular hazards that may be encountered. The product and its ancillary equipment can present hazards if used incorrectly by untrained personnel or if used not in accordance with the intended use.

Slippery handles and grasping surfaces do not allow for safe handling and control of the tool in unexpected situations. Battery tool use and care ▶ Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack.

Identify additional safety measures to protect the operator from the effects of noise and/or vibration, for example: Maintaining the power tool and accessory tools, keeping the hands warm, organization of work patterns. Alternatively, when the keyless quick- release chuck is fitted, smooth-shank drill bits for wood or steel, for example, can be used to drill without hammering.
