15. Warranty and Product Registration

3-Phase UPS System Limited Warranty
Seller warrants this product, if used in accordance with all applicable instructions as verified by Tripp Lite's "Start-up" or UPS commissioning service, to be free from
original defects in material and workmanship. The warranty applies to the UPS and any internal batteries for a period of:
• For the continental USA and Canada: One year from the date of UPS commissioning or 18 months from date of shipment, whichever is less.
• For International markets not including the USA and Canada: Two years from date UPS commissioning or 30 months from date of shipment, whichever is less.
• External batteries in all regions: One year from the date of UPS commissioning or 18 months from date of shipment, whichever is less.
If the product should prove defective in material or workmanship within that period, Seller will repair or replace the defective parts at no cost and include labor for a
period of 90 days from Start-up.
The product must be commissioned by and authorized and approved Tripp Lite technician for the warranty to be valid. If the product was not commissioned by an
authorized Tripp Lite service technician, eligible replacement parts may be provided but ineligible parts and labor charges will apply based on published Tripp Lite
part pricing and Time and Material Rates.
Tripp Lite will assign to you any warranties provided by the manufacturers of components of the Tripp Lite product. This Warranty is not transferable and applies to
the original purchaser only. This warranty does not apply to batteries or any other components sourced outside of Tripp Lite. Tripp Lite makes no representations
as to the extent of these warranties and assumes no responsibility for warranties of these components. Service under this Warranty can only be obtained by

SELLERMAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THE WARRANTY EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE
LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD SET

For the purpose of regulatory compliance certifications and identification, your Tripp Lite product has been assigned a unique series number. The series number
can be found on the product nameplate label, along with all required approval markings and information. When requesting compliance information for this product,
always refer to the series number. The series number should not be confused with the marketing name or model number of the product.
WEEE Compliance Information for Tripp Lite Customers and Recyclers (European Union)
Under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive and implementing regulations, when customers buy new electrical and electronic
equipment from Tripp Lite they are entitled to:
• Send old equipment for recycling on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis (this varies depending on the country)
• Send the new equipment back for recycling when this ultimately becomes waste
