OVEN OPERATION
AutomaticOvenCookingFeature
The Automatic Oven Cooking feature is usedto turnthe
ovenonand offat a presettime of day.This feature can
be used for a conventional cook or a self-clean opera-
tion. See page 17 for instructions on delaying a self-
clean operation.
To set oven for baking or roasting:
The AutomaticOvenCooking featurewillnotoperateun-

Highly perishable foods such as dairy products, pork,
poultry, stuffing, seafoods, or baked goods are not rec-
ommended for delay start cooking. If cooking more than
one food, select foods that cook for the same length of

2. Toenter the oven temperature, turn the SET knob until
the desired temperature is displayed.

• The ovenwillturn onwithina few seconds. T he ON
indicatorwordand 75° orthe actualoventempera-
ture,whicheveris higher,willappear in the display.
• The temperatureinthe displaywillincreasein 5° in-
crementsuntilthe ovenreachesthe presettemper-
ature. A singlebeep willsignalthat the ovenis pre-
heated.Allow 10to 15 minutesforthe ovento pre-
heat.
3. Placefood in the oven. Checkfood at the minimum
cookingtime. Cook longerifneeded.
4. At the end of cooking, remove food and press the
STOP/CLEAR pad to cancel the operation.The cur-
renttime of day willreappearin the display.
To recall the presettemperatureduringpreheat, press
the OVEN TEMP pad.
To change the presettemperature,turn the SET knob
untilthe desiredtemperatureis displayed.
The oven willautomatically turn off if it is left on for 12
hours.
