Pass the wire harness over the
frame rear cross member.

Wire harness
Clamp the wire harness, at the
positioning tape marks, to the
frame rear cross member. Face
the head of the clamp to top of
the snowmobile and the end of
the clamp to inside of the snow-
mobile.
Oil level switch coupler
Avoid contacting the joint cou-
pler with the radiator outlet pipe.
Radiator fan motor coupler
Knock sensor coupler
Clamp the wire harness, radia-
tor fan motor lead and knock
sensor lead to the radiator out-
let pipe with the clamp. Install
the clamp with its buckle posi-
tioned to the outside of the pipe
and its end facing rearward.
Coolant temperature
coupler
Clamp the wire harness and
radiator fan motor lead to the
radiator outlet hose with the
clamp. Install the clamp with its
buckle positioned to the outside
of the hose and its end facing
rearward.
Oil tank
Clamp the starter motor lead
and negative battery lead to the
radiator joint pipe with the
clamp to top of the snowmobile
and the end of the clamp to
inside of the snowmobile.
Oil tank inlet hose
Oil tank outlet hose
Place the end of the coolant
reservoir breather hose to the
inside of the frame front cross
member.
Clamp the wire harness, starter
motor lead, and negative bat-
tery lead to the oil tank with the
clamp. Face the end of the
clamp upward.
Clamp the starter motor lead,
negative battery lead, and wire
harness at the positioning tape
to the oil tank with the clamp.
Face the end of the clamp
upward.

Clamp the tail/brake light lead
to the frame rear cross member
with the clamp, making sure to
route the lead to the inside of
the cross member. Install the
clamp with its buckle positioned
towards the rear of the machine
and its end facing to the right.
Gear motor
Clamp the tail/brake light lead
and brake hose to the frame
rear cross member with the
sensor clamp. Install the clamp with its
buckle positioned towards the
rear of the snowmobile and its
end facing to the right.
40 ~ 50 mm (1.6 ~ 2.0 in)
The parking brake cable must
not be folded or bent.
Clamp the wire harness, brake
hose, and parking brake cable
with the clamp.
Pass the hook of the battery
bracket through the hole of the
ECU (engine control unit) rub-
ber pad.
Affix the battery rubber pad,
aligning it with the end of the
bending part of the battery
bracket.
