Supply gas pressure

Fuel filter dirty
Fuel pressure
adjustment incorrect
Fuel orifice plugged
Fuel orifice size
incorrect
TCO has opened
Air filter dirty
Air-shutter adjustment
incorrect
SI system faulty
Supply gas pressure
too low
Fuel filter dirty
Fuel pressure
adjustment incorrect
Fuel orifice plugged
Fuel orifice size
incorrect
Safety SOV valve
malfunctioning
Air filter dirty
Air shutter adjustment
incorrect
Possible Solution
Purge fuel lines of air
Increase gas supply
pressure to the TEG
Drain the regulator
sediment
Replace the fuel filter
Adjust the TEG fuel
manifold pressure
Replace the fuel orifice
Replace the fuel orifice
Check TCO continuity.
Replace if open.
Clean the air filter
Open the Air Shutter
slightly
Maintain the SI system
Increase gas supply
pressure to the TEG
Drain the regulator
sediment bowl.
Replace the fuel filter
Adjust the TEG fuel
manifold pressure
Replace the fuel orifice
Replace the orifice with
one of the correct sizes
Check the safety SOV
valve
Clean the air filter
Open the Air Shutter
slightly
