[3] -9 Adjustment of Bevel angle of Base to Saw blade

Caution:
It is necessary to attach saw blade to adjust the angle of Saw blade to Base.
Therefore, DO NOT ATTACH BATTERY to avoid unexpected start of the machine.
(1) Set the cutting depth of the machine to maximum with the bevel angle adjusted to 90°, then attach Saw blade.
(2) Adjust Bevel angle of Base to Saw Blade (90°) as drawn in Fig. 18.

1. Open Safety cover fully, then apply 1R208 to
the base metal of the saw blade as drawn below.
Then, adjust for 90° accuracy by turning
M5x8 Hex socket set screw with Hex wrench 2.5.

(3) Adjust Bevel angle of Base to Saw Blade (45°) as drawn in Fig. 19.

1. Turn Stopper in a direction designated
with the arrow until it touches Blade case.

2. Open Safety cover fully, then apply 1R207 to
the base metal of the saw blade as drawn below.
Then, adjust for 45° accuracy by turning
M5x8 Hex socket set screw with Hex wrench 2.5.

2. Adjust the position of Bevel guide while aligning
its " 0° mark " to the pointer on Angular guide.
And then, tighten Bevel guide with two M4x6
