Raise the Lift two to four feet high
and in below diagram.

Install the four Pivot pins and Cotter pins to secure assembly to each column as shown below.

Lower the Lift confirming that the Caster assemblies engage the Crossbeam rails and the four Columns
Concrete shall have compression strength of at least 3,000 PSI and a minimum thickness of 4".
