Press ×2 2 during playback. To double the
speed of playback in reverse direction,
press c I 1, then press ×2 2.

• During playback pause or in any playback mode
other than normal playback, no sound is
produced and the previous picture may remain
on the screen as a mosaic image.
• Note the following when playing back the
picture recorded in the HDV format:
– Reverse slow playback and reverse frame-by-
frame playback do not function.
– Pictures recorded in the HDV format are not
output from the HDV/DV (i.LINK)
interface during playback pause or in any
playback mode other than normal playback.
– Pictures may be distorted during reverse
playback.
– Pictures may be distorted during picture
search.
