  • Page 22 SKP-BC32HL POWER CONTROLLER (E) CE SW5：自動學習模式：計數器計數螺絲的 OK 與 N.G 判斷值都是由 Ht 與 Lt 來設定，此自動學習模式全 由電動起子來實際鎖螺絲，自動記憶螺絲從開始到鎖緊的時間，使用者只需將此開 關切換到 ON 系統會詢問此工位需要記錄在第幾組數據(SL)，鎖幾顆螺絲(SC)，是 否需要自動回覆時間設定(At)，是否需要使用緩啟動的設置(Rc)，緩轉速的段數(SP)。 SW6：組別排列模式：暫存記憶體內可以儲存 5 組的數據，使用者可以將此開關 ON，系統將會自動將 5 組的數據做排列，方便使用者作工作上的安排。 ※若使用只有 3 組的數據，只想讓 3 組數據循環，可以在 U4 的計數次數 SC 設定為＂00＂，如此在 SW6 切換 ON 時，系統將會自動從 U1~U3 循環...
