Possible Remedies
Press RESET on the remote control while in the Video menu (see page 60).
Press RESET on the remote control while in the Audio menu (see page 63).
Be sure the Video Label option is not set to "Skip" (see page 74).
If a menu option appears in gray, this indicates that the menu option is not
available.
In the password screen (see page 69), enter the following master password: 4357.
The master password clears your previous password; it cannot be used to
temporarily unblock channels.
The POWER/STANDBY indicator lights up when the TV is turned on. If the LED
blinks continuously, this may indicate the TV needs service.
The TIMER indicates that the timer is set. When the timer is set, this LED will
remain lit even when the LCD projection TV is turned off.
Use Auto Program in the Channel menu to add receivable channels that are not
presently in the TV's memory (see page 67).
Check your Channel Fix settings (see page 67).
The screw of the lamp cover may be slanted. Take out the screw, reinsert it straight
into the screw hole, and then tighten it completely (see page 18).
When the TV is in use, there is a natural rise in temperature, causing the cabinet to
expand or contract and may be accompanied by a slight creaking noise. This is not
a malfunction.
