  • Page 7 Back to Table of Contents Unpack and Prepare for Assembly Remove all items from inside box and grill body (#1) and unwrap. Do not attempt to assemble grill by yourself. Contents inside grills body (#1) are packed tightly to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Page 8 Back to Table of Contents Assemble Cart 2a: Using 4 black screws (#4), attach right side cart panel (#10) to front cart panel with logo (#6). 2b: Using 4 black machine screws (#4), attach back cart panel with access panel (#7) to right side cart panel (#10).

    Back to Table of Contents Internal Cart Frame Mount internal cart frame (#12) into the top of the assembled cart using 14 black machine screws (#4) to stabilize the top. The internal cart frame is in the proper position when lip is facing upward and inward. It will lay flush with the upper notch on the back cart panel.

    Back to Table of Contents Flip Cart Upside Down You will need two people to do this as the cart is heavy. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO COMPLETE STEP 4 WITHOUT ASSISTANCE! Install Locking Caster Wheels Attach all 4 locking caster wheels (#17) using 16 hex bolts, flat washers, and locking washers (#4).

    Back to Table of Contents Flip Cart Right-Side Up You will need two people to do this as the cart is heavy. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO COMPLETE STEP 6 WITHOUT ASSISTANCE! LOCK CASTER WHEELS ONCE CART IS UPRIGHT! Finish Cart Assembly Insert the two bottom cart shelves (#9) by laying them on bottom frame of cart.

    Back to Table of Contents Pull Bar Installation 8a: Using preinstalled hardware, attach pull bar brackets (#24) to both pull bars (#23). 8b: Using a Phillips head screwdriver, attach pull bar handles (#23) to each side of grill body (#1) with 4 bolts, flat washers, and locking washers(#4).
  • Page 13 Back to Table of Contents Prepare RTD Wires For Grill Installation Pull all the slack from 5 pin connector and RTD wire connector through rubber grommeted hole on left side of grill body. Be sure not to damage wiring when installing grill body (#1) onto cart in next step.

    Back to Table of Contents Attach Grill Body to Cart Using 6 bolts, flat washers, locking washers, and nuts (#4), attach grill skirt (#1) to cart. Install Front Folding Shelf Using 4 bolts, flat washers, locking washers, and nuts (#4), attach front folding shelf (#14)to front of the cart.

    Back to Table of Contents Install Access Panel Using 2 black machine screws (#4), attach back cart access panel (#22) to back panel (#7) on cart. Install Smoke Stacks Using 2 bolts, flat washers, and locking washers (#4), attach smoke stack assembly (#18) to grill and repeat on the other side.

    Back to Table of Contents Install Side Shelf Using 4 hex bolts, flat washers, and locking washers (#4), attach the side shelf with controller (#19) left side of the grill body (#1). Once the shelf is securely attached, connect the 5 pin and RTD wire connectors.

    Back to Table of Contents Tip: If you are planning on using your grill right away, save time and begin your initial burn in here. Finish installing the inner components while the grill begins to heat up. Initial Setup Procedure BE CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE THE TEMPERATURE SENSOR WHILE INSTALLING INTERNAL COMPONENTS.

    Back to Table of Contents Plug your temperature probes (#8) into the grill’s controller probe ports A and B. Feed probes through the probe port hole on the left side of grill cooking chamber. Insert probes into thickest portion of meat for most accurate reading.
