Dispenser shaft "frozen" in
housing.
2. Torsion spring disassembled or broken.

Timer malfunctioning.

Inoperative
bimetal unit.

Bimetal unit not properly adjusted

Clogged drain.

Drain
pump malfunctioning.
3. Drain valve inoperative or clogged
.
4. Program switch malfunctioning.
5. Timer inoperative or malfunctioning.
1. Installation deficiency (drain tubing too
small or too long).

Drain
tubing kinked

Disposer
"knockout plug" not removed.
4. Drain air gap, external to dishwasher,
clogged or improper size (5/8"

5. Program switch has been bumped after
program selected or switch
malfunctioning.

REMEDY

switch and/or educate customer to avoid
bumping
switch.
