Distillation Unit K-314. Store these instructions in the imme-
diate vicinity of the apparatus so that they may be consulted at
any time. The unit must only be connected to the mains and
switched on after having completed all necessary preparations.
Chapter 2 contains important safety information. Knowledge
of this is imperative for the safe operation of the Distillation
unit.

Fill the supply tanks. This can be done, for example, using a bent funnel (Item No. 16662) or a footpump. The reagents are forwarded within the K-314 unit by suction. To ensure optimum long-time operation, the steam generator must only be operated on distillated or deionized water! -

This avoids any risk that individuals could come into contact with dangerous substances. Storage/Transport The unit has to be cleaned and repacked in its original packaging when it is being stored or transported. -
