5-1:Guidance of disassemble the backrest pad assy. A: Unzip the zipper between backrest pad and backrest. (As the pictures below show.) Locate the zipper. 5-2: Guidance of disassemble the backrest. A: Unzip the zipper between backrest and backrest pad. Then detach the Backrest pad Assy from the backrest Assy and rest it on the Seat cushion Assy . Locate the bolt. The bolt has been detached. E: Hold the backrest vertically and pull it up, then we can take off the backrest. ( As pictures below show.)

5-3: Guidance of detach front cover & rear cover of backrest. A: Lay the backrest above seat pad. ( Refer to Guidance of disassemble the backrest.) The backrest has been lay above the seat pad assy. B: Slacken and remove the screws which fixing the rear cover of backrest. Then take off the rear cover.

C: Slacken and remove the four screws which fixing front cover to the backrest frame. Then we can take off the front cover of backrest. ( As pictures below show.) Locate screws. Slacken and remove the screw. Front cover of backrest has been detached.

D: There are two zippers attach the fabric the front cover of backrest. Unzip these two zippers then we can detach the fabric. The fabric has been detached.

5-4: Guidance of detach up & down limit sensor. A: Detach the rear cover of backrest. Then we can find up & down limit sensor. ( Refer to Guidance of detach rear cover of backrest.) Locate up limit sensor. Locate down limit sensor. B: Cut cable ties which fixing the limit sensor wire to the frame.

D: Use long nose pliers get ride of the glue, then disconnect the connecter. The limit sensor has been taken off. Get ride of the glue.

5-5: Guidance of detach the kneading motor. A: Detach the front cover of backrest. Then we can find kneading motor.( Refer to Guidance of detach front cover & rear cover.) Locate of kneading motor. B: Take off the kneading belt first. Kneading belt has been taken off.

D: Use diagonal cutter peel the heat-shrinkable T bush slowly. ( As picture below show.) Be careful, don’t cut the wire Heat-shrinkable T bush has been peel off. E: Use long nose pliers take off the close end wire connector of kneading motor. ( As pictures below show.) Squeeze the close-end wire Close-end wire connecter connecter.

5-6: Guidance of change the counting sensor of rolling motor. A: Detach the rear cover of backrest. Then we can find counting sensor of rolling motor.( Refer to Guidance of detach front cover & rear cover.) Locate counting sensor of rolling motor.

D: Use diagonal cutter get ride of the cable ties which fasten the counting sensor wire. Locate cable ties. Close-end wire connecters of counting sensor. E: Use long nose pliers take off the close end wire connector of counting sensor of rolling motor.

F: Use long nose pliers get ride of the glue, and pry-out the counting sensor. Get ride of the glue. The glue been cleaned. The counting sensor has been The counting sensor has been pry-out. taken off.

5-7: Guidance of disassemble the massage mechanism. A: Detach the front cover and rear cover of backrest. ( Refer to Guidance of detach rear cover & front cover of backrest.) B: There are four screws fixing the top bar. ( As pictures below show.) C: Use a long nose pliers hold the screw nut firmly, then slacken and remove the screw.

D: There are two stoppers inside the guide rail. Use long nose pliers and screw driver take them off. ( As pictures below show.) E: Use diagonal cutter get ride of the cable ties which fasten the mechanism wires. Cable tie has been Locate cable ties.

G: Use long nose pliers remove all the close-end wire connecters Locate close-end wire connecters. H: Use flat screw driver turn the rolling motor and drive the mechanism out of the guide rail. The massage mechanism has been taken off.

5-8: Guidance of change rolling motor unit. A: Detach the massage mechanism. ( Refer to Guidance of disassemble the massage mechanism.) Massage mechanism has been detached. B: Use a strong screw driver slacken and remove the screws which fixing the rolling motor unit to the mechanism frame.

C: Now the rolling motor unit can be taken off.

5-9:Guidance of service the seat pad assy. A:Unzip the zipper between seet pad and backrest pad Locate the zipper Unzip the zipper B: Unzip the zipper between seat pad and footrest cover. Unzip the zipper. Locate the zipper. D: Disconnect the air hose and the wire connecter of the seat pad. Then you can take off the seat pad.

5-10:Guidance of disassemble the side board. A:Detach seat pad assy.(Refer to Guidance of service the seat pad.) Seat pad assy has been detached. B:We can find two screws on each side board. Slacken and remove these two screw. Slacken and remove the screw. Locate the two screw C: After the screw have been removed.

5-11: Guidance of disassemble main PCB. A:Slacken and remove the screws which fixing the PCB box cover. Then take off the main PCB box cover. Locate the screws that fixing the PCB box cover. Slacken and remove the screws that fixing the PCB box. Pull the PCB box cover out.

B:With help of long nose pliers get ride of the glue around every connecter. ( As the picture below show.) Get ride of the glue. C: Then disconnect all the connecters of the main PCB. All the connecters has been disconnected. D: Use long nose pliers grip the head of PCB surpporter.

Lift the PCB at here by finger. Grip the head of PCB supporter. E: After separate the PCB from the four PCB surpporters, then we can take off the main PCB. (As pictures below show.) PCB has been taken off. PCB has been separated from PCB supporters.

5-12: Guidance of disassemble the Transformer. A: Take off the PCB box cover.( Refer to GUIDANCE OF CHANGE MAIN PCB.) Locate transformer. B:With help of a monkey wrench slacken and remove the bolt that fix the transformer . Slacken the bolt. The bolt has been taken off.

5-13: Guidance of disassemble the Air valve. A: Take off the PCB box cover. And we can see air valve. ( Refer to GUIDANCE OF CHANGE MAIN PCB.) Locate air valve. 5-14: Guidance of disassemble Inflator Pump. A: Take off the PCB box cover. And we can see Inflator Pump. ( Refer to GUIDANCE OF CHANGE MAIN PCB.) Locate Inflator Pump. B: Slacken and remove the screws which fix the inflator pump belt. Inflator pump belt has been taken off.

All the glue have been cleaned. D: With help of long nose pliers we can pull the inflator pump supporter out of the baseboard. ( As picture below show.) Grip the supporter and pull it out. Grip the supporter and pull it out. E: With help of a diagonal get ride of all the cable ties that fixing the inflator pump wire.

F: Disconnect inflator pump connecter. Then we can take off the inflator pump. Inflator pump has been taken off. Locate inflator pump connecter.

5-15: Guidance of disassemble the remote control. A:Detach the backrest assy.(refer to Guidance of disassemble the backrest.) Locate cable ties. The backrest has been detached. B:Cut the cable tie fixing the remote control wire. C: Get ride of the insulation tape. Then disconnect the connecter. Now the remote control has been detached.

5-16: Guidance of disassemble footrest actuator and backrest actuator. A. Detach the backrest assy. (Refer to Guidance of disassemble the backrest.) B. Detach the backrest pad assy and seat pad assy. (Refer to Guidance of disassemble backrest pad. Refer to Guidance of service the seat pad.) Backrest has been detached, seat pad has been detached, backrest pad has been detached.

E: Cut cable tie which fasten the actuator wire and wire connecters. Then disconnect the connecter. ( As picture below show.) H:Remove the bolt which fix the rear of the backrest actuator. Locate the bolt. I:After the bolt has been removed then we can detach the backrest actuator. The backrest actuator has been detached.

5-17: Guidance of change the lower side board. A: Detach the backrest pad assy. ( Refer to Guidance of disassemble the backrest pad. ) B: Detach the seat pad assy. ( Refer to Guidance of service the seat pad. ) C: Detach the backrest assy.

5-18: Guidance of service the footrest. A:Detach the seat pad assy . ( Refer to Guidance of service the seat pad.) Seat pad has been detached. B:Slacken and remove the screws which fixing the seat board . Then remove the seat board. Seat board has been removed.

D: Find the bolt which joint the footrest and connecting rod together. Locate the bolt. E: Use pliers remove the bin first, then remove the bolt. Remove the pin by pliers. The bolt has been removed. D: Find two screws which fixing the footrest onto the chair. Locate the two screws.

E: Slacken and remove the screw nut, then remove the screw. ( As picture below show.) F: After the two screws have been removed, then we can detach the footrest. G: Slacken and remove the screws which fixing the footrest supports. ( As pictures below show.) Locate footrest supporters and screws.

H: Find the zipper heads of the footrest cover. And unzip the zipper. (As pictures below show.) Locate zipper heads. The zipper has been unzipped. I: Now we can remove the footrest cover. Footrest cover has been removed.

J: Find connecters of air bag and disconnect it, Then we can take off the air bag and change a new one. ( As pictures below show.) Locate air bag connecter. Locate air hose connecter.
