MAINTENANCE
• Before cleaning, turn the massager off and unplug from the power outlet.
• Wipe dust and dirt off the product with a dry, soft cloth after use.
• Do not wash or soak product.
HOW TO PROPERLY STORE AWAY
• Unplug from the power outlet.
• Place the massager in a safe, cool and dry place when not in use.
• Do not put a heavy load on the unit.
• Store out of the reach of children.

Customer Service immediately. Please do not disassemble or repair the product yourself.
Problem
The product does not work.
The product is abnormally
warm.

Possible Cause
The product is not connecting
to the adapter properly.
The power button is off.
The product has just finished
its 15 minutes auto timer
session.
The product has been used
continuously for a long time,
the overheat protection has
been activated.
An excessive load has been
applied on the product.
The product has overheated.
Noise is made by the mechani-
cal parts of the product.

Action
Check the connection between
the adapter cord plug and the
unit jack.
Turn the power button on.
If you want to run another ses-
sion, press the power button to
turn the product on.
Unplug the product and let
it cool down before using it
again.
Reduce the excessive load and
start again.
