Modem Features The Modem features two rear panel. We recommend the user become familiar with these features before installing or setting up the Modem. Front Panel There are two (light emitting diodes, or lights) on the front panel of the LEDs Modem, as shown in the figure, below.

DSL Cable (from Line Port (from Phone Port to DSL Outlet) Line Port The Line port is used to connect the Modem to the Phone Port The Phone port is used to connect a telephone to the Modem.
