Connecting the TV

For best results, use this connection if your DVD player has component
video (YP P ) jacks.

To connect a DVD player with component video connectors

Use a component video cable to connect the DVD player's YP
output jacks to the TV's YP
The YP P jacks on your DVD player are sometimes labeled Y, C

and C , or Y, B-Y and R-Y. If so, connect the cables to their

matching color jacks.

Use an audio cable to connect the DVD player's AUDIO output jacks to
the TV's AUDIO input jacks (HD/DVD IN 4).
The YP P jacks do not provide audio, so audio cables must be

connected to provide sound.
