Condition

Explanation/Solution
• The remote may not function when using a microwave oven or certain
types of wireless equipment nearby.
• Perform "Remote Control Set-up" and re-register the remote to the TV
(page 43).
• The batteries inside the remote run out of battery life. Replace the
batteries with new ones (page 6, 43).
• The batteries inside the remote run out of battery life. Replace the
batteries with new ones (page 6).
• Check that your equipment is compatible with control for HDMI.
• If you have connected any audio system that is compatible with control
for HDMI, you cannot select "Off" in this menu. If you want to change
the audio output to the TV speaker, select "TV Speaker" in the
"Speaker" menu (page 41).

• To attach the speaker grille, first turn off the TV, then unplug the AC
power cord. Then follow the procedure below.
Orient the speaker grille so that the location of the marks on the speaker
grille and TV match, insert the protrusions on the speaker grille into the
holes on the TV, and support gently. Check that the speaker grille and
TV are in contact without any gaps, and then secure it by pressing down
on the speaker grille from the top and sliding it into place.
To prevent the TV set from being damaged, do not touch the speakers or
their surroundings.
Do not touch the speakers.
