IMPORTANT! Place the jack under the axle and lift the
wheel to remove any load from the axle clamps before
tightening the axle clamp bolts to the specified torque.
6. Tighten the clamp bolts to a torque of:
207 Ft/lb (280 Nm) for CM+ 750
289 Ft/lb (390 Nm) for CM+ 1200
7. Repeat the procedure for the RH wheel.
8. Make sure the distance from the center of the tire to
the center of the tank frame is equal on RH and LH
sides.
9. Retighten the axle clamp bolts and wheel bolts to
specified torque after 10 hours of operation.
IMPORTANT! With Drawbar Steering
models, a minimum track width of
72" is required to ensure stability
and to prevent the sprayer from
tipping over.
Note: The wider the track width, the better is the
stability of the sprayer and boom.
