Care of Brush Roll and Nozzle

CAUTION!
To reduce the risk of personal injury from moving parts,
turn power switch off and remove battery pack before
cleaning or servicing.
• Once the brush roll has been rinsed using the tray,
remove the nozzle cover by squeezing the latches and
lifting off.
• Lift up on the tab to remove the brush roll. Place in rack on
storage tray and allow to dry completely before reinstalling.
• Rinse nozzle cover and allow to dry.
• Wipe any remaining reside from the brush roll chamber
and hose with a rag.
• To reassemble, align brush roll end to the side of the
foot and lock into place by pressing down on the tab end.
• Replace the nozzle cover by aligning and pushing
downwards until it clicks.
NOTICE!
A thermal protector has been designed into your clean-
er to protect it from overheating. When the thermal
protector activates the cleaner will stop running.
• If this happens proceed as follows:
1. Turn cleaner off and remove the battery pack.
2. Empty dirty water tank.

To reduce the risk of personal injusry, turn power switch
off and remove battery pack before cleaning or servicing.
• Regularly clean the dry filter in order to maintain per-
formance. The filter is located in the top of the dirty
water tank.
• Access the filter by removing the dirty water tank. Press
down on the release latch on the front of the tank and
pull the tank away from the unit.
• Lift up on the tab to remove the filter.
• Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent.
• Dry the filter completely before reassembling (minimum
of 24 hours).

3. Inspect the brush roll for any obstructions. Clear obstruc-
tions if present.
4. After the battery pack is removed and the motor cools
for 30 minutes, reinstall battery pack, the thermal protector
will deactivate and cleaning may continue.
• If the thermal protector continues to activate after following
the above steps, contact customer service at 800-406-2005.
