Screen and PLC navigation

When the M1200 is ready to start, the screen below will
appear (same as Figure 14)

To access the menu, click on the "Menu" button on the top
right hand side of the screen. The screen in will appear.

Users have no need to access pages '5' and '6'. Page '6' is
