Installing Ultrastar Memory Tools

If installing a system for purposes other than production use, such as software
development, performance tuning, or quality assurance, it is recommended for users
to also install the Ultrastar memory tools as it can provide valuable system
information.
The software installer can be obtained from the download section of the product
support page:

NOTE: The Ultrastar memory tools are installed by default within /usr/local/
{bin,etc}.
