Setting the distance to the subject — Focus preset

When shooting an image using a previously
set distance to the subject, or when shooting
a subject through a net or window glass, it
is difficult to achieve a proper focus using
the auto focus function. The Focus preset is
useful in these cases.
• When shooting underwater, select the
underwater mode for the Scene Selection
function (page 30).
