Troubleshooting
The image and sound are interrupted by noise when you view a movie on a
computer.
You are playing back the movie directly from the internal memory or the "Memory Stick
Duo". Copy the movie to the hard disk of your computer, then play back the movie from the
hard disk (page 96).
Cannot print an image.
Refer to the operation manual of the printer.
Images once copied to a computer cannot be viewed on the camera.
Copy them to a folder recognized by the camera, such as "101MSDCF" in "Memory Stick
Duo" (page 97).
The image was copied from a computer to the internal memory of the camera by Mass
Storage connection, therefore the album image does not exist. Use "Picture Motion Browser"
(supplied) to copy images to the camera.

Sharemark

Cannot upload to Web.
Check if the camera is connected to a computer with USB cable (page 96).
When you format the internal memory, the embedded application "PMB Portable" will also
be deleted. Use "Picture Motion Browser" (supplied) and re-install "PMB Portable".

Internal memory

Cannot copy the data stored in the internal memory to a "Memory Stick Duo".
The "Memory Stick Duo" is full. Copy to a "Memory Stick Duo" with sufficient free
capacity.

"Memory Stick Duo"

Cannot insert a "Memory Stick Duo".
Insert it in the correct direction.
You have formatted a "Memory Stick Duo" by mistake.
All the data on the "Memory Stick Duo" is deleted by formatting. You cannot restore it.
