4. Troubleshooting

Problem
The nebulization rate is
extremely low.
The green power
indicator does not turn
on and the unit does not
nebulize.

Possible cause
Batteries are low (the orange
The mesh is stained or clogged.
The batteries are depleted (the
orange battery low indicator turns
on).
The capacity of rechargeable
batteries is low.
The batteries are inserted in the
wrong direction.
The AC adapter (Optional) is not
connected correctly to a power
outlet.
The contact on the AC adapter
(Optional) is contaminated.
Solution
Replace the batteries with new
ones. Refer to sub-section 2.3.
1. Clean the mesh. Refer to sub-
section 2.2.
2. Replace the mesh cap with a new
one. Refer to sub-section 2.5.
Replace the batteries with new ones
or use the AC adapter(Optional).
Refer to sub-section 2.3 and 2.4.
Charge the batteries with a
commercially available recharger.
Re-insert the batteries in the correct
direction. Refer to sub-section 2.3.
Check that the AC adapter is
connected to a power outlet and
main unit. Unplug then reinsert the
plug if necessary.
