* If you hear a long beep when you press (CHANNEL), move closer to the base
phone.
Notes
• Before dialing, make sure you can hear the dial tone. Otherwise you cannot
dial correctly.
• When the TALK lamp lights up by pressing (TALK/FLASH), the IN USE lamp
on the base phone lights up simultaneously.
• When the TALK lamp repeats sets of two flashes, the base phone is in use.
If the handset battery becomes weak during a call
You hear a beep and the BATT LOW lamp on the handset flashes.
The call will disconnect soon. Replace the handset on the base phone to
charge.

Press (TALK/FLASH).
The TALK lamp lights up, then you
will hear a dial tone. If you hear beeps,
move closer to the base phone.

(REDIAL)
Dial the phone number.

When you are done talking, press
(OFF) or replace the handset on the
base phone.
The TALK lamp goes off.
Do this
Press (HOLD). The TALK lamp flashes slowly.
Press (TALK/FLASH) to resume the conversation.
Press (CHANNEL)*.
Slide the VOL switch.
Press (*TONE) after you are connected. The line
will remain in tone dialing until disconnected.
