They include cleaning the appliance at regular intervals and examining it for signs of damage. Before carrying out any maintenance work on the unit, make sure that the steam and electricity supplies are disconnected.

Use the hook wrench to loosen the union nut and remove the evaporating flask. Disconnect all the flexible couplings necessary to be able to remove the distribution piece.
