Appliance with adjustable connected load

The appliance DHB-E 18/21/24 SL is set to 21 kW when delivered.
If the appliance is to be installed with a different output, take the
following steps:
f Plug in the coding card according to the selected output; for
f
selectable output and fuse protection of the appliance, see
chapter "Installation / Specification / Data table".
f Tick the selected output on the type plate. Use a permanent
f
marker for this.
f Install the flow limiter with an output corresponding to that
f
of the appliance (see chapter "Installation / Specification /
Data table").

10.1 Standard installation
Opening the appliance
f Open the appliance by pulling the flap forwards and down-
f
wards, undo the screw and lift up the appliance cover.
f Remove the back panel by pressing the two locking hooks
f
and pulling the base part of the back panel forwards.
Preparing the power cable

f Prepare the power cable.

Fitting the wall mounting bracket
f Mark out the holes for drilling using the installation template.
f
If the appliance is to be installed with water connections on
finished walls, also mark out a fixing hole in the lower part
of the template.
f Drill the holes and secure the wall mounting bracket at 2
f
points using suitable fixing materials (screws and rawl plugs
are not part of the standard delivery).
f Fit the wall mounting bracket.
