Solution
1. Connect your source device as described.
2. The source device did not automatically connect and needs
to be manually connected.
3.1. Make sure that there are no sources of interference
[ e. g., a W-LAN router ] in the direct proximity of the
911 Speaker or source device.
3.2. It is often not possible to connect the 911 Speaker with a
mobile end device via simultaneous W-LAN and Bluetooth
®
connections without experiencing interference. Deactivate
W-LAN on your source device.
4. Reduce the distance between the 911 Speaker and your source
device.
1. To prevent the 911 Speaker from switching itself off
automatically, lower the volume of your source device to a
minimum [ mute ].
2. If you place an already connected NFC-compatible source device
close to the 'Centerpad', the Bluetooth

connection will be cut
