The following site requirements must be met before the Echo Liquid Handler can be installed:
Operating environment
AC Power (2 options)
Note: The Echo Liquid Handler power configuration is factory set and requires a Field Service visit in order to be changed
on site.
Compressed air source
Note: The Junair OF302-4B oil-less compressor can be purchased from Labcyte (Part #001-12164). For more information,
see the
Junair Compressor (Optional and sold separately by Labcyte)
Temperature: 21°C ± 5°C (70°F± 9°F)
Relative humidity: 10-80%, non-condensing for the Echo Liquid Handler and 35-80% for the
SMC Chiller
Option 1: 100-120 V, 50/60 Hz, > 10A
Option 2: 200-240 V, 50/60 Hz, > 5A
A minimum of two electrical sockets within 183 cm (6 feet) of the Echo Liquid Handler
supporting a minimum of 800 W are required.
The Echo Liquid Handler and SMC chiller maximum power consumption is 600W and 500W
respectively.
Up to four additional electrical sockets are required for the client PC, monitor, vacuum pump
(optional) and air compressor (optional).
Clean, filtered, oil-free, dry air at 552 kPa (80 PSI) minimum, 1034 kPa (150 PSI) maximum
Maximum consumption by Echo Liquid Handler does not exceed 1 cfm at 150 PSI
topic.
