YOUR MAGNUM ™ Please Review and Verify Parts Included in Box: *You will need #2 & #3 Phillips head screwdrivers and a 1/2” (13mm) socket or wrench. 1. Power Assembly 2. - Page 4 • IMPORTANT • Avoid cross-threading by using your fingers to start all screws Start all screws BY HAND when assembling your shear. This will help avoid cross-threading. ASSEMBLY 3. ATTACH TABLE Item E A. Attach front of table to base, using Item D screws.

MAINTENANCE Honing the Blade Greasing / Lubricating Grease Hone every 100 cuts Push the handle down until blade is 1/4” (6mm) open. Lay the hone stone against the flat face of the blade (side toward the table). Slide from end to end 2 or 3 After every 100 cuts, lubricate the wear points of the times. -

CUSTOM SETTINGS Backstroke Stop Factory Setting Set to cut over 3/4" or 19mm To cut approved products over 3/4" (19mm) thick, loosen Phillips head screw on the Backstroke Stop; turn the Backstroke Stop 180º and tighten screw. For more convenience when cutting thinner products, restore factory setting. -
