Troubleshooting and information codes
NOTE
• If the above guidelines do not enable you to solve the problem, then contact
your local SAMSUNG customer service center.
• Please have the following information read;
• The model and serial numbers, normally printed on the rear of the oven
• Your warranty details
• A clear description of the problem
• If you set the power level to more than 70 %, the microwave will automatically
decrease the power level to 70 % after 20 minutes to prevent overcooking.

Information code

The "C-d0" information message.
• The "C-d0" message indicates a "Key Short".
Check if one or more buttons is stuck in the "pressed" or "On" position. If that
is not the case, turn off the microwave oven and try setting it again.
If the "C-d0" information recurs, call your local SAMSUNG customer care center.
