Many interferences and faults can be removed by you directly. The following troubleshooting aid will list possible causes of an interfer-
ence or fault and notes on how to remedy it.
If a problem cannot be removed as described here, please contact the authorised customer service of the manufacturer

Seat height of the connection parts
differs.
Support foot of the long chair or corner
sofa attachment are not on the floor in
spite of being turned out. Middle foot of
the function part is too long.
Function part sags in the middle.
The function continues to run on its own
after the sensor buttons are released.
The motor-powered attachment part
tips up at the rear.

Is the attachment part properly hooked into
the connectors?
Check heights. The high support foot is
screwed into the long chair and corner sofa
attachments, the lower middle foot into the
function part.
Middle foot properly set?
Is the furniture statically charged due to
dry room air?
Is the screw for tipping protection turned
into the attachment part?

Cleanly hook the attachment part to the connectors; the
connectors must be flush at the upper edge.
Replace and re-align support feet.
Turn out the middle foot to adjust it until the function part
is precisely horizontal.
Disconnect the power supply for 3 s by pulling the
mains plug.
Insert the screw for tipping protection.
