T R O U B L E S H O O T I N G Problem Cause Solution Air purifier does not power on. Unit is not plugged into an electrical outlet. Connect the plug to a powered electrical outlet. (50 m²). Air intake or outlet is blocked. Remove objects blocking air intake or outlet. Filter is not properly placed inside the housing.
