    Southworth shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property, nor for any direct, indirect, or consequential damage of any kind resulting from the PalletPal 360 Air unit.

    Inspected the device for proper operation and condition. Any suspect item shall be carefully examined and a determination made by a qualified per- son as to whether it constitutes a hazard. All items not in conformance with Southworth’s specification shall be corrected before further use of the equipment.
