2.1 Before Installing Make sure that you have all you need to install the mini ISDN TA128. You should have the following: 1. A PC that has USB connector and its USB controller is working properly as shown below. Microsoft Windows 98, Me, 2000 or XP. -

Billion mini USB ISDN TA128 2.2 The Front Panel LEDs When this LED is lit, it indicates that the USB port is connected to the PC and working properly. ISDN When this LED is lit, it indicates that the ISDN S bus is activated. -
