The Pro1 IAQ T801 thermostat may not display "OFF" because the system mode is set to either "HEAT," "COOL," or "AUTO." To turn both heating and cooling off, the user must press the System Button and select "OFF." If "OFF" is not selected, the display will show the current active mode—either "HEAT" or "COOL."
